Washed ashore during the months of Spring, chunks of Ice are seen floating in a glacial lagoon bordering Vatnajökull National Park in southeastern Iceland. The Glacier Lagoon flows through a short waterway into the Atlantic Ocean, leaving chunks of ice on a black sand beach. Due to rapid climate changes, these glacial lagoons would soon wilt out, if preventive and effective measures are not taken place.
REIGNING SANDS
When sun reaches beneath the escarpment, sand dunes magically turn into a living paradise.
Shimmering lights from burning sand turn into softest blanket to comfort toiling soul. Stories are to be told over dinner, followed with songs of fortune under endless sparklers.
This is the story of Sahara desert, always to be known as 'The Sahara'.THE SENTINNEL
Majestic Mt.Kilimanjaro being caught for the second time on my camera. Thanks to the pilot who tended to everyone's request for a closer view of Mt.Kilimanjaro. He infact, went on to slow down our airplane giving everyone a fair chance to view it.

CRISP MORNING
I had already missed my ferry to Orcas and stayed back at San Juan island overnight. Got up next day at 4 AM, caught ferry at 6:10 AM and finally arrived Orcas by 7:00 AM.
As I passed through winding roads, I was still in twilight zone due to dense clouds. As I drove further along, I could see orange pink hues in the sky. I knew I had to stop somewhere as clouds were opening up but was clueless. As the light started to fade away, I decided to just hit an open ground and capture this moment.
As Amy Vitale right mentioned, 'We often overlook events taking place behind our back, where all the magic happens.MORNINGLIGHTBASKSUNCRISPISLANDPNWORCA_ISLANDFALLCOLORSBEAUTIFULLANDSCAPEWALLPAPER
AS I WATCH DOWNPOUR
This shot has been captured in Northern Serengeti,Tanzania. Across vast Serengeti plains, icy blue grey sky restlessly grumbled. The thick blackened clouds were brought down by the torrential rain which it held in delicate frame. All of a sudden I hear this loud roar out of downpour, breaking Serengeti apart from its deep silence. As I watch downpour onwards, I could almost get the feeling of being wet anytime soon. This moment was great as it marked resurgence of dance, joy and lush grass.

HEY, WATCH OUT!
These common gulls can be spotted flying all over the ocean and can be quite confusing to choose a perfect shot of a gull. Rather, its the lighting that makes it even more interesting. These two gulls flying over the ocean finally got in that perfect light condition. One gull is saying watch out for me too as it seems like it is going to cross paths with the other one.
BURNING CLOUDS
A thick layer of clouds burning along Denali highway. It was the first ray of sunlight in a crisp morning that fell upon clouds making it look like clouds caught fire. In general, any given shot can have a varied effect on a picture when you can work with two important elements- Natural light (Sun) and Cloud. I had to workaround this wide angle and finally got this shot.
FINALLY..I GET TO CARESS
Horses do hug one another by resting their heads and necks over the heads and necks of their friends. This indicates affection for one another. The horse will stand nose to tail with his friend and lean over, resting his neck over the crest of the other horse. The two horses may doze this way, cocking a back hoof and closing their eyes. They may switch positions after a while or exchange mutual grooming after resting on one another's necks. Isn't this quite astonishing?

CAUGHT UP IN THE WIND
While camping in the Sahara desert, I got to know that sunrise takes place at 5:15AM. As I was fighting with lack of sleep and extreme fatigue over past 3 days due to extensive traveling in Morocco, waking up this early seemed impossible. However, with extreme difficulty but equal amount of excitement to catch sunrise led to sudden wakefulness. As I grabbed my camera, I could feel thrust of wind gusts. Moments later, I found myself stuck in mild sandstorm which happened to be a rare occurrence.
